Hey look, it’s another one of those posts about our progress with the show. The finish line is now in sight. And with that, we’ve officially welcomed on board a new Producer and Director of Photography, Christian Peterson! He’s going to be an important part of the show as we move forward. He’s extremely talented and hard working, and we couldn’t be more ecstatic about working with him. You can check out his work here and here. He also was the Director of Photography for J-Reyez’s latest music video, “Our Promise”, which was just released yesterday, directed by Bowen Mei and produced by Izura Productions. Check it out below. Speaking of J-Reyez, he will also be making a very special appearance in the series, which we’re pretty damn excited about. We’ve already shot the scene, and he looks fantastic in it. We’re super grateful for the support of J-Reyez and his team. Toronto all day!

We’re approximately on episode seven of the show now (of a nine episode season), so we are very close to ending production and moving on to post-production. We anticipate filming for the first season to end in the next couple of months. We screened a new trailer with brand-spanking new footage at NuLite Entertainment’s recent hip-hop dance competition, The Beat Down, and we received a raucous response. So we’re excited about what people will think when the show is aired. We’re targeting early 2013 for a release. We’re working on having the trailer screen at other local events, so keep on the look out. That should be all for now!
